Emma Israel
Emma Israel was a consultant with the U.S. Immigration Policy Program at MPI. She previously worked in immigration legal services as a paralegal at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and served in AmeriCorps with Project Citizenship.
She holds a master’s degree from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, where she focused on humanitarian migration and the U.S.-Mexico border. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from Bates College.
