Estimating the DREAMer Populations That Could Benefit under Senate Legalization Proposals, February 2018

The Migration Policy Institute is providing estimates of those who could potentially gain legal status under the various DREAM Act-type bills considered in the Senate in February 2018, using an innovative methodology that permits the assignment of legal status to the foreign-born population in U.S. Census Bureau data.
