WASHINGTON — Three new members joined the Migration Policy Institute’s Board of Trustees this week. The three, whose selections were formally approved by the board last year, have deep experience in the Department of Homeland Security, Congress, the business and philanthropic sectors and academia.
The new trustees are:
“We are delighted to welcome Julie, Mariko and Lynden and look forward to the insights and strategic vision they will offer the board of trustees and MPI more broadly, drawing on their distinguished management, policy and legal experiences in and out of government,” said MPI Board of Trustees Chair Lidia Soto-Harmon.
Ms. Wood, Dr. Silver and Mr. Melmed previously served on MPI’s Advisory Board.
