Kylie Grow
Kylie Grow was a Research Assistant with MPI’s Human Services Initiative, where she worked on issues including refugee resettlement, unaccompanied children’s services, and access to benefits and services for immigrant families. She is an Assistant Director with Seneca Family Services, advising multiple teams supporting unaccompanied children and their families throughout the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) national network.
Prior to joining MPI, Ms. Grow worked as a family reunification case manager at an ORR-funded government shelter for unaccompanied migrant children. Beyond immigration, she has focused on international development, working on economic development projects in El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, and Kenya.
Ms. Grow is a graduate of the Master’s in International Development Policy program at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, where she focused on the mitigation of migration push factors and humanitarian crises in the Americas.
