Sela Cowger

Sela Cowger is an intern with the Migration Policy Institute (MPI), where she provides research support for the U.S. Immigration Policy Program.

A law student at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Ms. Cowger has a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Chicago. She works as an Executive Articles Editor for the International & Comparative Law Journal, and previously interned with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Justice Department’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), among other positions.
